Hi! I'm Davide. I was born and raised in the beautiful region of Sardinia. Growing up surrounded by ancient ruins, rugged granite mountains, and crystal-clear waters, I developed a deep passion for our local history and geography.
I teach history at a local high school in Carbonia, and when the weekend comes, I work as a mountain bike trail guide. I live with my wife and our twin boys, Leo and Sam. We also have a very noisy green parrot named Cocco, who has learned how to mimic the exact sound of ARST bus brakes!
This website is an independent travel portal that I created to share honest local knowledge about this ancient fortres. I hope to preserve the Phoenican heritage of this plateau, which the acropolis is what you can walk to.
